Dissemination and Sustainability – OMBF’s Contribution

As one of the partners in the EngineerTrack project (2025-1-TR01-KA220-VET-000357828), Open Mind Better Future (OMBF) has actively contributed to both dissemination and sustainability activities.

We promoted the project’s objectives and results through our digital platforms and professional networks, targeting VET learners, trainers, and professionals interested in digital education and entrepreneurship. By integrating project topics into our online content, courses, and community discussions, we helped increase the project’s visibility.

Our dissemination efforts combined qualitative approaches (natural integration into educational activities) with quantitative ones (social media engagement and reach through our LMS platform). Thanks to the use of our existing digital infrastructure, we managed these activities in a cost-efficient way.

In terms of sustainability, OMBF is committed to ensuring the long-term impact of the project by integrating the developed tools, methodologies, and outputs into our ongoing training programs and digital learning environment.

We also supported green practices by prioritizing digital tools, minimizing printed materials, and favoring online meetings. Accessibility and inclusiveness remained key priorities — we focused on creating content that is easy to access and adaptable to learners from different backgrounds and language levels.

Alongside our partners — Bursa Teknik Universitesi (coordinator), Crs Laghi, AlphaPlan Solutions, DIETHNES PANEPISTIMIO ELLADOS, and Steinbeis School — OMBF played an important role in risk management while contributing to the overall success of the project through effective communication and sustainable exploitation of results.

We take processes apart, rethink, rebuild, and deliver them back working smarter than ever before.
